By accessing or using FixiBo's unified service management platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Platform.

Description of Service

FixiBo provides a unified service management platform that connects customers, companies, and service engineers. Our Platform enables:

• Customers to manage products from multiple brands and request services
• Companies to manage products, customers, engineers, and service workflows
• Engineers to receive assignments, update service status, and create quotes

User Accounts

Account Registration

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account. We use OTP-based authentication to enhance security.

Account Types

• Customer Accounts: For individuals managing their products and service requests
• Company Accounts: For businesses providing products and services
• Engineer Accounts: For service technicians assigned by companies

User Responsibilities

As a user of FixiBo, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about products and service needs
• Respect the rights of other users, companies, and engineers
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Not use the Platform to transmit harmful content or malware

Service Requests and Quotes

Service Request Process

When you submit a service request, a company will assign an engineer to assess and address your needs. Service timelines depend on availability and the nature of the request.

Warranty Coverage

Our Platform automatically tracks warranty status based on product registration. Warranty terms are determined by the respective product companies and may vary.

Quotes and Payments

For out-of-warranty services, engineers will submit quotes that require company approval before being presented to customers. By accepting a quote, you agree to pay the specified amount upon service completion.

Company Responsibilities

Companies using our Platform agree to:

• Provide accurate product and warranty information
• Ensure engineers are properly trained and qualified
• Review and approve quotes in a timely manner
• Honor warranty commitments and service agreements
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints professionally

Engineer Responsibilities

Engineers using our Platform agree to:

• Provide professional and competent service
• Accurately report service activities and submit honest quotes
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information
• Adhere to scheduled appointments
• Follow company guidelines and Platform policies

Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by FixiBo and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

Limitation of Liability

FixiBo acts as a platform connecting customers, companies, and engineers. We do not directly provide repair or maintenance services. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for the quality of services provided by companies or engineers
• We are not responsible for disputes between users, companies, and engineers
• Our liability is limited to the fees paid for Platform access
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Platform operation

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold FixiBo harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws in Karnataka, India.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the Platform or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
